Recently, the MasterCraft team embarked on a remarkable journey to remodel a client's home within a tight time frame of three months. Join us as we delve into the challenges, innovations, and ultimate success of this transformative project.

Understanding the Client's Vision

At the outset, our client approached us with a vision to breathe new life into their home, creating a space that reflects their lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations. Included in the renovation project was:

  • 2 bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Fireplace
  • Windows
  • Roof repairs
  • Structural changes
  • Custom made doors
  • Whole floor redo
  • Air conditioning install
  • Stucco rendering
  • Painting throughout (Alabaster from Sherwin-Williams)

Collaborative Planning and Preparation

Collaboration was at the heart of our approach as we embarked on the planning phase of the project. Through extensive consultations and meticulous planning sessions, we worked closely with the client to understand their needs, priorities, and budgetary constraints.

Innovative Design Solutions

Armed with a talented team of designers, craftsmen, and project managers, we set out to transform our client's vision into reality. A Closer Look at the Kitchen

Nothing stands out as a testament to the fusion of functionality and aesthetics quite like a kitchen remodel. And boy, did this one deliver! Once a drab, dysfunctional and outdated space was transformed into a vibrant hub for cooking, dining and socializing. Here’s how:

1. Durable Flooring

By replacing the old, worn-out flooring with new, luxury vinyl plank flooring (LVP), we instantly updated the look of the space. Giving the impression of rasp wood, the white oak vinyl creates a cohesive and visually appealing environment.

As for durability and functionality, the LVP is designed for heavy foot traffic, long-lasting performance and easy maintenance. As it is waterproof, it is great for kids, dogs, pools and spills!

2. Modern Countertops and Splashbacks

The installation of modern countertops and splashbacks offered a range of functional benefits to improve the efficiency and usability of our client’s kitchen. The quartzite countertops (Artemis from Arizona Tile) provide smooth, non-porous surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain, resisting stains, scratches, and heat damage. Whereas the tiled splashbacks (Chloe from Bedrosians Tile & Stone) complement the overall design scheme of the kitchen.

3. Bespoke Cabinets

By upgrading the outdated cabinets, our team of carpenters were able to completely change the aesthetic vibe of the space, adding elegance, warmth, and contemporary flair. The base cabinets (in white oak) provide convenient access to utensils, cookware, and ingredients and the upper cabinets (in white shaker) offer opportunities for better organization and space management—allowing designated storage zones for different items, such as pots and pans, pantry staples, and small appliances.

4. New Appliances

Modern appliances from Bosch were installed to bring convenience, efficiency, and innovation to the heart of our client’s home.

Celebrating Success

The successful completion of the remodeling project in only three months stands as a testament to the dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit of the MasterCraft team. Through meticulous planning, innovative solutions, and unwavering commitment to quality, we have not only transformed physical spaces but also created enduring relationships built on trust, integrity, and excellence. As we continue to embark on new journeys of transformation, we remain steadfast in our commitment to turning our clients' visions into reality, one project at a time.
